Lenovo’s Vibe P1, which was announced at IFA last year is getting an upgrade in this week in the form of the Vibe P1 Turbo.

On the outside, the Vibe P1 Turbo remains practically identical to last year’s model, but on the inside its sporting improved components including a Snapdragon 615 chipset which now has 3GB of RAM over the 2GB from the Vibe P1.

There’s also 32GB of on-board storage which can be expanded with a microSD card. The phone has a 5.5-inch Full HD display and still packs the same 5000mAh battery which now supports Quick Charge 2.0.

At the back of the device is a 13MP sensor with dual-LED flash while a 5MP snapper sits on the front. Lenovo has also added a fingerprint reader, dual SIM functionality as well as LTE connectivity into the mix.

The handset is now available for pre-order in Indonesia for around $290 in three color options: Silver, Graphite Gray and Gold.

Another all-metal build phone has been introduced this time from Lenovo with the K5 Note.

The bigger brother of the Lenovo K4 Note which was unveiled a few weeks ago at CES is sporting a 5.5-inch Full HD LTPS display and will be powered by MediaTek’s Helio P10 chip with a 64-bit octa-core processor, a Mali-T860 GPU, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable storage.

There’s also a 13MP camera at the back, an 8MP selfie snapper on the front, a 3500mAh battery and Android 5.1 out of the box with the company’s Vibe UI on top.

In the connectivity department, the Lenovo K5 Note supports dual-SIM functionality, 4G LTE (including VoLTE) and the usual mix of connectivity features.

Lenovo has also added a fingerprint sensor at the back which can be used in making payments and in capturing images. There’s also a 1.5W speaker at the back with Dolby Atmos surround sound technology.

The phone will initially be sold in China for around $167 in either gold or silver color options.

Apart from its business-oriented ThinkPad series, Lenovo has also unveiled a slew of new products for the consumer and gaming market. These include its IdeaPad line and its gamer-focused Y-series.

For starters we have the IdeaPad 710S. The IdeaPad 710S features the latest generation Intel Core processor (up to Core i7) and runs on Windows 10 Home edition.

The laptops sports a 13.3-inch QHD+ (3200 x 1800) display and features a narrow 5mm bezels. Lenovo is also giving consumers the option to get an Intel Iris graphics.

Other notable features of the IdeaPad 710S include two USB 3.0 ports, a micro-HDMI out, a 4-in-1 card reader, an audio combo jack, built-in JBL stereo speakers, Wi-Fi ac and Bluetooth v4.0.

Then there’s the Lenovo Yoga line. The series is made up of three models – the Yoga 700, Yoga 900 and the Yoga 900S. The trio offers flexibility in terms of specs and pricing that should allow consumers to choose which model fits their needs.

In terms of display, the Yoga 900 boasts the biggest screen at 13.3 inches, followed by the Yoga 900S at 12.5 inches while the Yoga 700 is offered in either an 11-inch or 14-inch version. The Yoga 900 also has the best display with a resolution of 3200 x 1800, followed by the Yoga 900S with a 2560 x 1440 IPS panel.

Both the Yoga 900 and 700 can be configured with Intel’s latest generation Core i processors, while the 900S is built with Core M processors. All three models offer stereo speakers with Dolby Audio Premium certification.

Another interesting new product at Lenovo’s CES booth was the IdeaCentre 610S which comes with a projector module that allows users to project content into a wall.

Specs-wise, the device boasts 16GB of RAM, 2TB storage, Intel Core i7 processor, and a discrete Nvidia GeForce 750 Ti graphics card. The IdeaCentre 610S will be available starting June for $850.

Looking at the gaming department, we have the IdeaPad Y900, which promises top-notch gaming for $2000. The laptop comes equipped with the a 17.3-inch IPS panel with Full HD resolution, the latest generation Core i7 processor (that are overclockable) complemented by an Nvidia GTX 980M graphics (4GB or 8GB of VRAM), 64GB of DDR4 RAM and up to 1TB storage.

In the connectivity department, the Y900 sports a trio of USB 3.0 ports, a USB-C Thunderbolt 3 port, an audio and mic jack, HDMI 2.0 port, a 4-in-1 card reader and a DisplayPort.

To complete the gaming experience, Lenovo has also created a curved gaming monitor – the Lenovo Y27g, a stereo headset with 50mm high-performance drivers, a gaming optical mouse with a 4000dpi optical sensor and 5 programmable buttons, and even a gaming backpack.

 The Lenovo Y900 will be available starting June 2016.

Lenovo’s doing a lot of things for its ThinkPad line on CES this year. The company has launched a number of new products at the event including an array of ThinkPad laptops, an AIO, a ThinkPad tablet and even a mobile projector.

Headlining the announcement is the ThinkPad X1 Yoga, which as the name implies belongs to the company’s convertible line of laptops. The device comes with a 14-inch display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440, a Core i7 Pro processor, Intel HD Graphics HD 520, 16GB of RAM and PCIe NVMe storage options.

The device can also come with optional LTE and features Lenovo’s WRITEit technology that allows users to use their handwriting to input characters across different apps.

The ThinkPad X1 Yoga will retail for $1,439.10 starting this month.

On the other hand, those looking for a more traditional form factor can look at the new ThinkPad X1 Carbon. The new model replaces the X1 Carbon from last year and sports Intel’s 6^th generation Core i7 vPro processor, up to 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD storage and Intel HD520 graphics.

The laptop also features a number of USB 3.0 ports, an HDMI port, a microSD card reader and the staple fingerprint reader for its business users. The device also comes with a 52Whr battery that should last for around 11 hours, a 720p webcam and dual-microphones.

Lenovo will start selling the new X1 Carbon starting next month for $1299.

The company is also bringing the projector from the Yoga Tab 3 Pro that was announced at IFA to its ThinkPad line with the ThinkPad X1 tablet. But unlike the Yoga slate, this model does it through the use of modules that attach to the tablet’s base.

The tablet sports a 12-inch 2K display, an adjustable kickstand, integrated speakers with Dolby Surround sound technology and supports Lenovo’s WRITEit technology.

Other modules designed for the tablet allows the device to have its own keyboard, added battery life, additional ports and even Intel’s RealSense 3D camera. The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 table will also be available starting February for $899.

The company’s ThinkVision line is also getting a new member. Dubbed as the world’s slimmest 4K2K display, the Lenovo ThinkVision X1 has a 27-inch screen that allows users to see over 1 billion colors. The monitor also features 300 nits of brightness, a 1300:1 contrast ratio and a response time of 6ms.

The monitor also comes with a USB Type-C connection, a DisplayPort 1.2, HDMI 2.0, a built-in USB hub with four USB 3.0 ports, two 3-watt speakers, a dual array microphone and an integrated Full HD webcam with its own privacy cover.

Lenovo will start shipping the ThinkVision X1 by March for $799.

Lastly, we have the Lenovo ThinkCentre X1 with its 23.8-inch Full HD display. The AIO comes with an Intel Core i7 Pro processor, Windows 10 Pro operating system, integrated speakers with Dolby audio, a 1080p webcam and several options for storage and RAM.

The new ThinkCentre X1 will sell for $1029 when it becomes available in March.

Lenovo’s Vibe X2 made a debut at IFA last year, so it’s just about time that the follow up model arrives. The company has introduced the phone’s successor at an event in China and surprisingly, Lenovo has decided to release three version of the Vibe X3.

All three models will have a 5.5-inch display with Full HD resolution, Gorilla Glass 3 protection and a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. They will differ in terms of the internals with the first two model sporting more powerful components.

For starters, the higher-end models will have a Snapdragon 808 chipset with 3GB of RAM and 32GB and 64GB of expandable storage respectively. Both will also come with a 23MP sensor from Sony with phase detection autofocus and 4K video recording capability while an 8MP sensor sits at the front of the devices. There’s also going to be a 3600mAh battery (with QuickCharge 2.0) as well as support for two SIM cards both with LTE connectivity.

The third handset will sport a 1.3GHz octa-core processor, which will likely be from MediaTek as suggested with its “true” octa-core description, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable storage.

The camera on the lower-end model has also been downgraded to a 16MP sensor at the back and a 5MP snapper at the front. The battery has also seen a slight downgrade with 200mAh less than the other two version at 3400mAh.

By the looks of it, Lenovo will be selling the Vibe X3 as a media-centric phone as evidenced by the amount of audio components it has installed on the phones. All three phones will have TI OPA1612 amplifiers, a Cirrus Logic WM8281 codec for noise and echo cancellation (for the three microphones), a Sabre 9018C2M audio converter and Dolby Atmos certification.

Lenovo will be selling the phones initially in China with the high-end model retailing for $470 (64GB model), while the other two will go for $390 (32GB version) and $300 for the low-end model.

Last but definitely not the least on Lenovo’s announcement at IFA this week are the company’s new Yoga 3 tablets. These devices were designed primarily for multi-media consumption, hence the large screens and built-in projectors.

First one up, we have the high-end Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Pro 10 with its 10.1-inch display featuring a 2560 x 1600-pixel resolution, 299ppi and 16:10 aspect ratio. The device also sports a built-in 70-inch projector that can transform any wall or ceiling into a screen.

The tablet is powered by an Intel Atom Z8500 chip with a 2.2GHz quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable storage. It is also packing a 10200mAh battery that can last up to 49 days on standby, four front-facing JBL speakers with Dolby and a 13MP+5MP camera combo.

Those looking for more affordable models can go for the Yoga Tab 10 or Tab 8.

With the exception of the screen size, both models pack identical specs. These include a Snapdragon 210 chipset with a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable storage and a 6200mAh battery.

Both models have a screen resolution of 1280 x 800, a rotating 8MP camera as well as the usual plethora of connectivity features found in tablets in the market today. Moreover, both models will run on Android 5.1 Lollipop and will feature LTE and 3G connectivity.

The Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 8.0 will hit the store shelves come next month for $169, while the Yoga Tab 3 10 and Yoga Tab 3 Pro will be available by November for $199 and $499 respectively.

Lenovo’s keynote for the most part was mainly about laptops and gaming equipment, but you might be forgetting that the Taiwanese tech giant also makes smartphones and tablets. So, it doesn’t come as a surprise that the company has made several smartphone and tablet announcements at the German event.

To be more specific, Lenovo has announced three new Vibe phones – the Vibe S1, Vibe P1 and Vibe P1m.

The first phone that was introduced at IFA was the Vibe S1. The handset tries to compete with selfie phones from other manufacturers such as Asus and Sony. However, instead of competing in the megapixel race, the Vibe S1 goes after the competition through software improvements.

For instance, the camera has two front-facing cameras – an 8MP and a 2MP snapper that analyzes depth of field information in order to replicate human binocular vision. Images taken using these cameras can be edited on the fly using several photo filters pre-installed on the handset including bokeh and a “cut out” effect that allows users to crop people out of a selfie and paste them onto another image.

As for the performance department, the Vibe S1 is powered by a MediaTek chip with an octa-core processor, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable storage. The handset also comes with a 5-inch Full HD display, a 13MP camera at the back, a 2500mAh battery and LTE connectivity.

Lenovo will be shipping the Vibe S1 starting November for $299. It will be offered in two color options: pearl white and midnight blue.

Next, we have the Lenovo Vibe P1 and P1m. Both phones are actually designed with a specific audience in mind – battery guzzlers.

The larger Vibe P1 has a 5000mAh battery and is said to last up to 81 hours on standby. The phone’s’ battery also supports fast charging and features a “rocket charge” function that monitors the battery to prevent overheating. The large battery also allows the handset to charge other device via USB OTG.

It also has a OneKey Power Saver button that activates a power saving mode in order to double the battery life.

In terms of specs, the Vibe S1 has a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS display, an aluminum body, a Snapdragon 615 chip and 2GB of RAM. It also comes with a 13MP camera at the back, a 5MP selfie snapper, dual-SIM functionality, LTE connectivity, Wi-Fi ac and Bluetooth 4.1.

The Vibe P1 will be available starting next month for $280.

Then there’s the smaller Vibe P1m, which has a 5-inch 720p display and a 4000mAh battery. The rest of the device’s specs are watered down versions from the P1m including a polycarbonate body instead of an aluminum and a MediaTek chip with a 1GHz quad-core processor.

There’s still 2GB of RAM inside as well as dual-SIM functionality, LTE connectivity, Bluetooth 4.1 and the ability to charge other devices via USB OTG.

The phone will be on sale in a couple of weeks starting at $160.
